Install it

  1. Click Copy for Gmail / Outlook above.
  2. In Gmail: Settings ⚙ → See all settings → General → Signature.
  3. Create new signature, click into the box, paste (Ctrl/⌘+V).
  4. Save Changes at the bottom.
Rich-text paste keeps fonts, colors and links. Logos must be a hosted URL — Gmail strips pasted data-URL images.
  1. Click Copy for Gmail / Outlook above.
  2. Outlook web: Settings ⚙ → Mail → Compose and reply.
  3. Under Email signature, paste into the editor.
  4. Tick Automatically include… if you want it on every message, then Save.
Classic Outlook (desktop) sometimes needs Keep source formatting on paste — use the paste-options clipboard icon if it looks plain.
  1. Click Copy for Gmail / Outlook above.
  2. Mail → Settings → Signatures, pick your account, click +.
  3. Paste into the right-hand editor.
  4. Drag the signature under the account to set it as default.
Need raw HTML instead? Use Copy HTML and save with Download .html, then open the file and copy it.
